PFIEV 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As part of the <strong>Programme de Formation d&#8217;Ing\u00e9nieurs d&#8217;Excellence au Vietnam (PFIEV)<\/strong>, a mission was held in July 2025 at<strong>Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT)<\/strong>, in the <strong>Civil Engineering &#8211; Building and Energy<\/strong> specialization.<\/p>\n\n<p>This mission involved three French teachers:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Thibaut Skrzypek<\/strong>, \u00c9cole nationale des ponts et chauss\u00e9es, France<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Christian Obrecht<\/strong>, INSA Lyon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Kuznik<\/strong>, INSA Lyon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>They took part in the <strong>joint jury for final-year<\/strong> student <strong>project defenses<\/strong> at PFIEV, and led <strong>technical seminars<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Presentation of academic opportunities in France at \u00c9cole des Ponts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conference on the emblematic infrastructures and structures of the <strong>Paris 2024 Olympic Games<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The mission was coordinated locally by :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Giang V\u00f5 Th\u1ecb Tuy\u1ebft<\/strong>, head of the Building &amp;
