The French Ambassador to Vietnam, Olivier Brochet, opened the session by recalling that this program, launched in 1997 following a bilateral agreement, embodies the excellence of educational cooperation between France and Vietnam. He also highlighted the evolution of the PFIEV since its inception in 1999 in Da Nang, in the presence of then Vietnamese Vice-President Nguy\u1ec5n Th\u1ecb B\u00ecnh and French Ambassador Serge Degallaix.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The program has trained more than <strong>9,000 engineers<\/strong> in 25 classes at four major Vietnamese universities:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hust.edu.vn\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hanoi Polytechnic University<\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/en.dut.udn.vn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Da Nang Polytechnic University<\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The<a href=\"https:\/\/hcmut.edu.vn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Polytechnic University of the National University of Ho Chi Minh City<\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/en.huce.edu.vn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hanoi University of Civil Engineering<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 highlighted, with testimonials on the successful integration of PFIEV graduates into international organizations and leading companies in Vietnam and abroad.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>International academic recognition<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>The PFIEV is a pioneer in Asia, with dual accreditation:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cti-commission.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Commission des Titres d&#8217;Ing\u00e9nieur <\/a>(CTI)<\/strong> in France,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And that of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hceres.fr\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Haut Conseil de l&#8217;Evaluation de la Recherche et de l&#8217;Enseignement Sup\u00e9rieur<\/a> (HCERES)<\/strong>, guaranteeing a training program aligned with European standards of excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>This recognition attests to the exceptional quality of our training programs, which combine advanced scientific skills, a sense of innovation and the ability to respond to contemporary economic and environmental challenges.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inspiring testimonials<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>A number of figures involved in the development of PFIEV took the floor.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nguy\u1ec5n C\u1ea3nh L\u01b0\u01a1ng<\/strong>, former Vice-Rector of Hanoi Polytechnic University, recalled that PFIEV introduced international accreditation and quality assurance standards to Vietnam for the first time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u00ea Minh Th\u00f9y<\/strong>, a former student who went on to study in France, spoke of the importance of collective work in the success of the program, while class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Into the future<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Future challenges were discussed, particularly those linked to the ecological transition and the digital revolution. Participants stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation between French and Vietnamese universities and businesses to meet the needs of a rapidly changing society. <\/p>\n\n<p>In his speech,  <strong>PGS. Hu\u1ef3nh Quy\u1ebft Th\u1eafng <\/strong>Director of Hanoi Polytechnic University, reaffirmed his institution&#8217;s commitment as coordinator of the PFIEV for the coming years.
