This program aims to train future Vietnamese executives in priority areas such as basic sciences, engineering, economics, management and law, with an emphasis on research. Two PFIEV students (from the<a href=\"https:\/\/en.huce.edu.vn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hanoi School of Civil Engineering<\/a>) were selected to receive these scholarships after a rigorous process involving a panel of experts and interviews. This recognition underlines the quality of PFIEV&#8217;s training and its essential role in promoting studies in France.
